The experience of Norwegian women of babywearing during depression after birth

Depressive symptoms affect up to 1 in 6 women after birth. My research investigates how mothers experience using an infant carrier to care for their children while depressed. I have also investigated what they perceive to be turning points in their recovery journey, as well as their experience of meeting health care personell while ill.
